The Acronis® True Image Software Development Kit (SDK) provides an extensible set of components that allow core Acronis True Image and disk management functionality to be embedded within your custom software applications. System integrators, independent software vendors (ISVs), enterprise IT developers and others can leverage the core capabilities of Acronis® True Image and disk management to develop custom solutions that integrate into existing applications.

• Create a comprehensive system protection and recovery solution that is completely integrated with an existing application using the same core technology in the Acronis® True Image product line.

  Supports remote management of systems in your network.
• Perform operations not only on local systems, but on remote systems as well, using the Acronis® True Agent remote connection or using the Distributed Component Object Model (DCOM).
