Kerio Operator
Before, a PBX was a mystery box on the wall. Today, it is a server in the server rack. Before, the PBX required a phone guy. Today, an IT guy administers it – with the same ease as any other Kerio product.
Kerio Operator is a phone system for businesses. Based on the industry-standard SIP VoIP protocol, Kerio Operator is compatible with any SIP device and provider, and will even auto-configure the most popular phones.
Kerio Operator can be used as a pure SIP PBX solution with SIP phones and a SIP service provider, or as a hybrid solution with SIP phones and T1/E1/EuroISDN cards and service providers. Kerio Operator is available as a software appliance that installs from a disk image with its own custom operating system and everything else you need to be up and running in minutes.
New Features from Kerio Operator 1.2
In addition, we have implemented transliteration of national characters to ASCII.
Thus names with special characters are displayed correctly on phones where this was not the the case in the past. Newly supported are server-side speed dial shortcuts. These are used for defining shortcuts to most dialled numbers for all users centrally.
